*All glow colors require an initial coat of white as a base coat for maximum effectiveness*
Note, the UV glow paints does not leave a glossy finish like the solid color and multi-color paints but more of a textured finished. If you desire a glossy finish, you can purchase the Crystal Clear Finish to coat over it. Accessories will stick to the UV glow regardless if you add a clear finish to it or not.
