We are not a drop shipper.

We do not ship internationally (outside of the United States) at this time.

If it's on our site, it's in inventory and available for purchase. In the event your order goes through but the items are out of stock or your quantity broke our inventory system, we will contact you within 2 business days unless we are experiencing high order volumes.

All orders ship out within 2 days after your purchase has been made unless specified otherwise (special order items).

We exclusively ship everything via USPS Ground & USPS Priority Mail. All orders under 1 lb. typically go USPS Ground and everything over 1 lb. typically go USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. You will receive a tracking number for your purchase via email.

You should expect to receive your package 2-5 days after it has left our facility here in Anchorage, AK or our warehouse in Minnesota.
