This tip has the sharp chisel tip on the business end as well as the slightly angled/ curved end where it goes onto the harpoon. that minimizes the chance of the tip pulling out of the fish. HardWire Tackle is the only place that sells them. I used to have to order similar ones from SCUBA spearfishing places down in the lower 48 but they weren't exactly perfect. these are just the thing for a harpoon . they fit the Danielson harpoon perfectly as well as the other brands that have a slightly smaller diameter shaft.
